With KrimBlog, we present the new go-to source for all information about KrimDok.
From now on, you will find regular updates about KrimDok here, including insights into new features. We will also report on our numerous activities and provide other information that may be relevant and interesting to our criminology community! 

We look forward to trying out the new blog format together with you and we would be delighted to receive your feedback or comments.

The FID Criminology/KrimDok-Team

The "Fachinformationsdienst Kriminologie" (FID Kriminologie; engl. Criminologcial Information Service) is funded by the German Research Foundation since 2014. At the core of the FID Kriminologie's work is "KrimDok", a criminological bibliography that is free to use. 

KrimDok is a bibliographical reference system for criminological literature. The database consists of various literature and book stocks and also contains references of journals and collections, digital documents as well as grey literature. All references can be researched by utilizing just one search interface.

KrimDok currently contains over 385,000 references to criminology-related specialist literature. This includes references to:

• more than 190,000 monographs (including around 150,000 monographs in the holdings of the University Library of Tübingen and the Institute of Criminology there)
• more than 150,000 articles
• almost 6,000 research data sets.

Furthermore, more than 224 criminologcially relevant journals are currently analyzed for and referenced in KrimDok.
